Olivia Hazlitt
Yoga Teacher
Lovely Liv is a 560 Hrs Yoga Alliance qualified Power Vinyasa, Mandala and Yin teacher. Liv's style of teaching is dynamic, playful and led by breath. Liv has a keen interest in anatomy and creative sequencing to challenge her students both physically and mentally.
Liv moved to the Isle of Wight two years ago and is loving the lifestyle of morning coastal walks, runs down the yar and cool dips at Freshwater Bay.
Hannah Coleman
Personal Trainer, Nutrition
Hannah is a Personal Trainer and holds a Masters in Nutrition. Her classes are all about energy. Her passion lies in building strength, balance and flexibility whilst having fun in your workout. She believes in using exercise to train the brain as well as the body; helping balance the stresses we all after at work and home.
She’s as equally passionate about a nutritious balanced whole food diet. Using the healing power of food to fuel the body and heal the mind. If she’s not working up a sweat in the mat, you’ll find her baking up a storm, or walking her dogs on the beach.
Poppy Lee
Yoga Teacher
An Ashtangi who fell head over heels for Vinyasa! Island dweller and lover, this gal loves to flow and is either happiest on either a surfboard or yoga mat. Poppy completed her 200hrs Yoga Alliance Ashtanga teacher training before undertaking further Vinyasa training in 2022. She truly believes that movement is medicine for mind and body and is passionate to share the teachings of yoga so that others too may benefit from the practise.
With a keen interest in anatomy and creative sequencing, you can expect to be guided through playful flows that are sequenced with the greatest love and intention. Her goal is to cultivate experiences that empower and connect people to themselves, others and of course, nature!
Ross Vides
Personal Trainer
Ross is a Personal Trainer, has a degree in Sports Science from Durham University, is an ex GB U21 Hockey Player and an officer in the British Army. Ross’ classes are a great accompaniment to your running/sporting schedule as he specialises in bulletproofing the body for sport.
Born in South Africa, Ross grew up on the amazing African coast but now is a regular Isle of Wight visitor. He loves a dip at Freshwater Bay, playing golf on the cliff edge at Freshwater Golf Course and running down the Yar Path.
Vicky Dickson
Yoga Teacher
Vic began practising yoga to compliment her love of dance in her teens, years later she experienced a traumatic event and returned to her practice to heal. Inspired by the shift she saw in her mindset she travelled to Bali to learn more about yoga and completed her teacher training. She’s gone on to teach and manage retreats in Bali, Spain and the UK.
Welcoming all minds and bodies, Vic’s classes offer a safe space to breathe, move and meditate. She believe’s there is no ‘one way’ to practice and will guide you through thoughtful sequences to explore what feels good in your body.
Lucy May Williams
Yoga Teacher
Lucy’s passion for movement was ignited through dance during her early years, and she has since devoted herself to various physical disciplines, and yoga serves as a foundational framework in Lucy’s life, promoting emotional, physical, and mental well-being, and authenticity. Lucy teaches a variety of yoga styles, including Ashtanga Vinyasa, a dynamic approach, as well as Hatha and Yin. She incorporates modifications and variations, allowing individuals to adapt the practice to their unique abilities. In her classes, she encourages students to approach their practice with curiosity and playfulness.
Lucy has recently returned to her hometown on the Isle of Wight from Brighton. While in Brighton, she taught yoga classes and workshops at well-known studios and cultivated her deep love and commitment to yoga. Now, she’s excited to share her passion for yoga with the Isle of Wight community and contribute to its growth here.

Naomi Butterworth
Ballet Barre Instructor
Naomi is an ex professional dancer turned barre instructor. As a trained massage therapist, Naomi is passionate about posture. Through her barre classes she aims to help people build an awareness of their body & how it moves & aligns happily, whilst also finding joy & the benefit of movement by sharing her love of classical ballet technique.
No previous ballet experience required, just enthusiasm and determination!
Naomi is a keen sailor, having done all her certificates from the island & fell in love with a sailor (who she met in a yoga class!). Naomi regularly returns to the island, sailing over with her family as often as the weather & tides will allow. She enjoys building sandcastles or exploring the water with her daughter on their huge family sized paddle board!
