The Online Studio Membership

Joining our Online Studio Membership means that all your employees have inclusive access to wellbeing content that they can access anytime, anywhere. Perfect for those who work in the office or remotely, connecting your teams across the world.
With over 500 classes on demand, a range of live virtual classes and monthly wellbeing plans to support your employees, we also offer a range of class durations, for example our Short on Time series includes 10 and 15 minute classes (perfect as a morning energiser, to fit into a lunch break, or as afternoon stretch) supporting overall productivity. Wellbeing Consultancy
Our team can work with you to develop a tailored wellbeing strategy, focused on delivering meaningful and measurable impacts that improve the mental and physical health of your workforce, increase productivity, increase turnover, and optimise engagement. Our integrated approach focuses on securing buy-in from the top down, with senior leaders being active participants in the wellbeing provision, and how to maximise the impact of Balance and Glo services and current wellbeing provision.
Our bespoke approach involves understanding the wellbeing needs of your workforce (benchmark assessment), creating a tailored strategy and implementation plan, supporting it’s delivery, and regular measurement against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This will ensure that the benefits of wellbeing activities are maximised and that their impact is measurable.
Wellbeing Workshops | In Person + Virtual
Our Wellbeing Workshops form part of our 360 degree approach to providing practical information and tools around important topics in the workplace. This could include examples below or bespoke topics which are specifically affecting your employees. Workshops can take place in person and virtually.

Managing Stress and Anxiety: includes a functional breath workshop, a presentation on how to identify stress and best manage it, and a grounding yoga nidra.
Improve Sleep: covers the science of sleep, creating an optimum bedtime routine, and a sleep focused Yin Yoga class.
Menopause Awareness: includes a presentation and Q+A with menopause expert, strength workshop (focused on how to improve muscle strength & bone density, and lift low mood), and a session on ‘Eating To Support Peri/Menopause’.
Tailored Wellbeing Programmes | Virtual
Delivered online our carefully curated bespoke programmes are designed to encourage mental space, connection, movement and stress reduction throughout the day. Example below.
'Wellbeing at Work' series - live virtual classes for your team. A 6-week mini series consisting of a 30 minute live lunchtime session each week. The classes will be designed to encourage mental space, connection, movement and stress reduction throughout the working day.
The classes will cover a focused topic each week, e.g:
1. Find Focus / 2. Energy Boosting Techniques / 3. Dealing with Stress and Anxiety / 4. Feel Motivated + Increase Productivity /5. Finding Calm / 6. Overall Wellbeing at Work
Each session will consist of:
Breathwork and mindfulness (taking conscious control of your breath) - helping to relax the body and settle the mind. Our practitioner will guide participants through breathing techniques including box breathing, extended breathing and alternate nostril breathing; as well as short meditations to promote positive energy, productivity and motivation.
Gentle movement and mobility (this will either be seated at the desk or standing - so not much space is required) - this will incorporate yoga moves and stretches designed to release tension, reset the body, and give your energy a boost.

From SUP excursions, fitness on the beach, yoga sessions, hikes plus providing delicious nourishing food, the Balance + Glo team can create unique and immersive team away days and retreats right here on the beautiful Isle of Wight.
