  • If you sign up to the monthly £30 membership you will be able to cancel at any time. If you cancel you will continue to have access to all the content and classes until that billing subscription ends. If you sign up to the annual membership, you will not be able to cancel until the end of that billing period.

  • Absolutely! We have recently launched our Bump + Beyond program that includes yoga, meditation, breath work, fitness, pelvic health advice and health coaching specially curated by our co-founder Jenny Stewart to support new and soon-to-be mammas.

  • Classes are marked by intensity so you can choose a class that suits you. There are classes available for all levels from beginners to advanced.
